FLAMINGO CLUB FOOD COURT
1. Each vendor must submit
its food application to District Health Department #10 by June 15, 2008.
2. The vendor shall be
available at all times for the on-site inspection(s) by the health official(s).
3. Each vendor shall begin
the set up of its food preparation area at least 4 hours before the
scheduled time of the opening performance of each day of the festival.
4. All motor vehicles
must be parked in designated areas during the festival. Motor vehicles
will be permitted at the festival site only to set up the food preparation
areas and after the close of each night of the festival. Upon setting
up the food preparation areas, all motor vehicles must be removed from
the festival site.
5. Each vendor must provide
a detailed list of any and all food items to be sold at the festival.
6. Each vendor shall
display, promote, advertise and/or sell food only in restricted and
designated areas by the festival. No food shall be displayed, promoted,
advertised, peddled or sold in the areas designated for the audience.

*24 hour security provided
*Each artist receives
10' x 10' exhibiting booth
*Use of white canopies
or walls is encouraged
*No food or unauthorized
work will be permitted to be sold
*Booths will be visited
periodically to ensure compliance with the rules
*$50 booth fee
*Electricity provided
